D&D will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
How to return or exchange an item:
Please do not return an item without prior authorization from D&D Security.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges. Defective items can be returned (at no charge for return shipping) after a Return Merchandise Authorization is issued. Once we have received the returned product in our warehouse, a product specialist will examine the product and determine if the product is defective. If deemed defective, a replacement will be shipped at no charge. If the product is NOT deemed defective, a product specialist will contact you to discuss your return for resolution.
Returns will only be accepted if requested within 30 days of receipt of your original order. No refunds will be granted for products returned without prior authorization from D&D. No refunds will be granted for products returned more than 30 days after receipt of your original order. No refunds will be granted for products that are not in new condition, altered or damaged by the customer.
Refunds for authorized and received returns will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the returned product to our warehouse.
